Mailson Ribeiro

Mailson Ribeiro, M.Sc. holds a Master of Science in Financial Economics from Maastricht University, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Ghent University, and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from Artevelde University. He began his career at McKinsey & Company’s Brussels office before joining ABN AMRO Bank’s Corporate & Investment Banking Division. At ABN AMRO, Mailson specializes in Debt Syndication and ABS within Debt Capital Markets, executing deals exceeding €3.5 billion and developing innovative financial models and tools to enhance market competitiveness.

Outside of work, Mailson loves traveling and exploring new cultures. Fluent in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Dutch, he enjoys giving back to his community through environmental initiatives and supporting local development projects. In his free time, Mailson pursues personal projects that blend his technical and financial expertise, such as developing financial tools and mentoring emerging finance professionals.
