Elaad Keren

Elaad is an accomplished financial professional with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. In his role, Elaad leads a team of credit professionals and oversees all credit related activities, including but not limited to: credit policy; adjudication; portfolio management; and maintaining funder relationships. Elaad is responsible for credit adjudication across a broad range of industries and works closely withthe sales teams to pursue various new business opportunities. Prior to joining Maxium, Elaad was a Senior Director at Sun Life Financial, where he helped build and manage a multi-billion dollar middle market loan portfolio. Elaad is a CFA Charterholder and active member of the Toronto CFA Society. He earned his Master of Business Administration at the Rotman Schoolof Management, University of Toronto. Elaad is a basketball enthusiast and captain of a men’s basketball team. Elaad, his wife and three daughters live in Vaughan.
