Kelly McFadyen

Kelly McFadyen joined CWB Maxium Financial as an Account Manager in August 2016, bringing with her 13 years of experience in the financial sector. Kelly works with clients in the Condo/Strata and Healthcare divisions to help them find the best financial solutions for their needs. Kelly’s ability to identify her clients’ core objectives and listen to their concerns enables her to unify diverse groups of people, organize quickly, and solve problems. Her clear communication style ensures that detailed financial structures are presented in a concise, easy-to-understand manner. Prior to joining CWB Maxium, Kelly held positions in sales, customer service, and human resources.

She holds a BA from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a post-graduate diploma in Business Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. She is currently a Board member of the CCI Vancouver Chapter, and recently completed a two-year term as Council Treasurer of her personal residence. Working in partnership with Regional Manager Paul McFadyen, Kelly will enhance customer service and expand CWB Maxium’s reach in Western Canada in order to help more clients access creative financing that adapts to their needs.
